Making own custom pipes, how to bead roll?
Im making my own piping but not to sure what you guys do for the bead rolling. Can i just put a nice bead of weld around the pipe? I mean the coupling makes the seal correct the roll is only to stop it from blowing off. Please correct me if im wrong. Thanks in advance
You can lay a bead around the entire pipe or just do a few spots(what I did). By spots I mean like one spot at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions.

Yup, this is what I would suggest...
Just put tacks around the edge of the pipes... my buddy put 4 on each end at 3, 6, 9, and 12... holds great!
