Default WTF: Back lights wont turn off, Weird!

Well I figured out why my battery was draining LOL. Today I get my battery back from being Recharded, Pop it in, I see 12.5 Volts on the Turbo Timer, schweet! I walk to the back of my car. and the Lights are on. It is a 93 Civic Coupe. I run inside the car to make sure my Light Switch is off, It is! The Lights that are on are my driving lights, not my brake lights. To make things even more crazy, the Front lights, Corner lights, and Halos, are NOT on. I don't seeing it being some sort of a short. I could take out the light bulbs for a temp solution, I usually don't drive the Civic at night.....Has this ever happened to anyone? Please help!

I did not see any bad grounds, but i didn't look really hard.
Please Help

No it's not... it's better. Go into the car, squeeze into the tight area where your pedals are located, unplug the brake light switch on the top of the brake pedal lever... should be a white sensor. Now, go to the back of the car and see if the lights are off now.
