Default Help on choosing cams for my B16

Need some help in choosing a set of cams for my B16. Do you guys think i'd be better off going with an aftermarket set of cams like comp stage 1, CTR, or ITR. All three are around 400 a set so price is the same. Are the CTR/ITR cams really worth 400 compared to an aftermarket set? What about just getting an Intake cam. I was under the impression that the exhaust cams arent much different.

My setup consists of:

1st Gen. B16
SIR II pistons
AEBS Intake Manifold
Fuel Pressure reg.
Short Ram
DC 4-1
Type R throttle body
Type R valve springs

*edit* my goals are to still be a dependable daily driver with a non shitty idle from huge cams, and the type r valve springs, I dont plan on doing any more internal head work. Im basically just looking for the "best bang for buck" but I dunno which ones make more power. There was a dyno in HCI magazine I believe about those Comp cams making 7-10 whp untuned on stock valve train.

sk2 stage 1 cams. from reading your goals and mods... this would be a good fit for you. im in the market for some soon myself. stage 1 are compatible with the stock valve train as well and they won't **** with emissions either. plan on spending a bit more than you would the ctr/itr cams tho.

btw.. how do you like the aebs IM? worth getting? any noticable power gains on ur current setup? what size is the ITR TB? bigger than 65mm? cuz i thought the ITR TB was like 70mm and the aebs IM only accepts up to 65mm. correct me if im wrong. thanks

i really like the AEBS manifold, it too has been dyno proven to outperform the skunk2 and type r manifolds and its half the price. I got it for 140 shipped off ebay brand new. My TB isnt actually a "type R" its the stock TB bored to type R specs by maxbore so yeah it bolts up. What about JUST buying a CTR intake cam would that be worth it?

The CTR intake cam will be most affordable. My buddy with a 89 CRX Si w B16a1 ran a 14.0 with just an intake cam. He later bought the exhuast but he told me he could not feel a difference.
