Default Oh my god I hope it's not wiring!!!!!!!

Ok I bought my younger brother a 93 LX. He wanted to gut it so he ripped everything out to paint it. After putting it all back together the ruel pump won't turn on , and when power is applied (battery) the dash lights stay on, and the gauge lights turn on. It's like you have the key turned to on even when the key is out. You can roll the windows up and down and everything is on like if the car were on. Can someone please give me some insight.

thanks
Mike

The wiring's messed up. What else could it be?

Pull it out and try again??? Honestly, I don't see how you messed it up unless you started cutting wires or something.

No wire cutting at all, no chaffs, no opens, I ohmmed all the wires for continuity, all looks good. It's just being retarded, I did a search with no luck.

No i don't I was thinking relay, but I have no idea where it is located. I'm in the air force and do **** loads of wiring on the B-1. I work with wiring all day long and relays are a quick fix. If you could tell me where to look I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks
Mike

The main relay is right by the fuse box under the dash. its all the way to the left. and is held in place with a 10mm bolt. should be 8 12-10 gauge wires going into it.

Check your ECU fuse too. It is the 15 amp fuse all the way on the right hand side.
