few LS vtec questions

Default few LS vtec questions

i have a b18a block and a 1st gen jdm b16 head i think im gonna buld an ls vtec but i have a few questions first

what type of parts do i use for the following list
head gasket
timing belt
oil pump
are pr3 pistons good to use for higher compression

also is the golden eagle sandwich plate kit worth buying

also, look into the GE ls/vtec conversion kit. it includes oem head gasket bored to your prefrence. Pr3's or P30's are a good oem choice to raise your compression. Try searching the archives. There are countless topics on ls/vtec build ups

so it doesnt matter what water pump i run

i have also heard i should use a b series vtec oil pump and windage tray is this true

use this to figure out est. compression http://www.c-speedracing.com/h...c.php

and yeah just use a gsr oil and water pump.
