8-10" away from the T/B

if you have it further away it might be even better since it will evenly distribute to all 4 cylinders.

For dry NOS kits I recommend about 10 to 12 inches away from the throttle body because this will let the NOS distrubte easier to all 4 cylinders. For wet kits I recommend you place the fogger no further then 5 inches away from the throttle body because you are mixing fuel along with the NOS. If its stuck too far away you have a chance to freeze the throttle plate open and also if the fogger is too far away you actuall get more NOS then fuel, an uneven mixture which will lead to detonation.

I try to place a dry kit between 12 and 18 inches away from the throttle body. Only bad side of it is it's take a couple seconds for the nitrous to hit. It seems to disburse of the nitrous well tho.

ZEX kit with nozzle 16-18" away from TB plate.

Must be doing something right, 13.5 on a SOHC.
