I believe the code is in the back of your instruction manual. I think it's the last 4 numbers, but it's been a long time. I hope this helps.

Hey man my friend had this problem when he disconnected his battery.
All you have to do is take out your deck and there is a sticker inside the housing (his was in marker) that says the number you have to type in and his radio unlocked.
Or take it to a Honda/Acura dealer they can take care of it, dont know how much though.

Post in that thread or email/PM one of the guys who works at Honda, give them the serial # and VIN and they can get you the 5-6 digit code. Some dealers will charge you, but usually only if they have to pull the radio out to get the serial. Others will do it for free with the VIN or the Serial and VIN. You could also call Cerritos Acura, I heard they are always nice about it.

That sticker sounds like something his local dealer put on. Some of them do it, some of them don't. If you go to the dealer you originally got the car from when it was new then you can get it with the VIN most likely. Some dealers put a sticker under the hood or the hatch, or in the glovebox or on the back of the fuse cover even under the cigarette ashtray in the center console. Look around, and if you can't find a sticker with the 4 digit code, then you'll have to get the serial number off the back of the deck. If you take it to the dealer they'll charge you ridiculous amounts to do it. Mine said $75.
