How much HP can i gain with a AEM CAI approx?

2-3hp tops intakes dont add very much unless you do the intake manifold and throttle body upgrade then maybe 10hp

impossible to tell without us knowing your motor and exact setup. and even then, it'd still be theory.

do a search and look for people who actually have the AEM CAI on a setup similar to whatever yours is.

Assuming you have a 2004, EX probobly? 5 HP with a AEM CAI, maybe spikes to 6-7 higher up the RPM range. As for adding anything like a new throttle body, intake manifold, i've never seen any real gains on just a basically modified car. (nothing more than I,H,E, etc.) If your going to spray or throw some kind of forced induction than that stuff becomes a viable option. But just for a CAI the factory components aren't much of a real restriction.

My car is 100% stock its a 2004 honda ex im putting a strut bar (front) in next week along with a AEM CAI. and the dyno i did last month said i had 116hp at 6300rpm and 108 torque at 4800rpm
