Assuming you have a 2004, EX probobly? 5 HP with a AEM CAI, maybe spikes to 6-7 higher up the RPM range. As for adding anything like a new throttle body, intake manifold, i've never seen any real gains on just a basically modified car. (nothing more than I,H,E, etc.) If your going to spray or throw some kind of forced induction than that stuff becomes a viable option. But just for a CAI the factory components aren't much of a real restriction.

My car is 100% stock its a 2004 honda ex im putting a strut bar (front) in next week along with a AEM CAI. and the dyno i did last month said i had 116hp at 6300rpm and 108 torque at 4800rpm
