it doesnt say it crvtec, and if it was it would be a good idea to be worried and make sure it was built properly.

My buddy had a teg with jdm b20 motor, it pulled fairly hard. but my other buddy has b20 in his EF hatch and it pulls real hard! If its the right price id say go for it.

swapping a b20 into your teg will completely eliminate your chances of passing "legal smog" so if you dont have a hook up in that department think twice about doing the swap...

Depends on what B20 it is, B20B has 120HP with 140TQ, B20Z has 150(60?) HP 140TQ. To tell you the truth, I prefer the B20Z to a Gsr..

I thought it was illegal to swap a motor from a SUV into the body of a car in CA. Hmm maybe I'm wrong.

my g2 has a b20b. put it w/ a b16 tranny and it's great.

I passed smog no problem! But then again here they don't care what's under the hood, just if you pass the numbers.

no they dont have cr-vtec(ahhh that rolls off the tongue so nicely...)

just a non-vtec b20 motor. very good swap for a hatch i think. not the greatest for a teg.

What is Cali's motive for making the b20/small truck swap illegal? Just fmi.

anything certified by the EPA as a truck doesn't have to pass as strong of emissions regulations as passenger cars. they don't want cars getting "dirtier" engines, so they ban putting truck engines in cars, regardless of whether those engines are actually dirtier or not.
