the tophat or whatever its called, did you guys screw the bolt all the way on top of it? or did you guys leave some room between the top of the bushings and the bolt?

if you look at lugs, they are completely tight when they are on the wheel stud, but i have space between the top of the bushing and the bolt. do i need to screw that bolt all the way down? i am trying to get rid of wierd noises after i installed my suspension.

Are you talking about konis inserted into the stock top hats?

There's a specific order it assembles at the top.

 

no, its all assembled correctly, but i am jsut wondering about the bolt on the top. its the main bolt that is on the piston. i am wondering if it has to be all the way down touching the bushings.

what do u mean they went all the way down? was there still space between the bolt and the top of your bushings? or was the bolt sitting on top of the bushings?

 

The nut was on the bushings.
