everytime when i pull out of a parking spot, i hear like this clicking noise. like if my wheel is like hitting my weather guards. it always does it wen i turn. can it be a bad axle?
clicking when turning is typically a sign of a bad CV joint (axle)
but it could be something rubbing, turn the wheel and look in there and see if the tire is rubbing on anything.
