Default thoughts on using DA A arms

im upgrading my brakes to DA brakes. i will be using the DA knuckles. The EX knuckles arent as readily available in canada. i know i will lose some caster with the da knuckles, atleast thats what people have stated.

but what if i use DA A arms? ive found aftermarket DA adjustable A arms that claim to adjust both camber and caster. will this work for me?

Are they adjustable by any chance?

yes they are adjustable for camber for sure and they claim to be adjustable for caster as well.

funny thing is they have a set for the EFs which is adjustable for camber but NOT caster.

Make sure they will allow you alot of negative adjustment or you can end up with positive camber.

I think they don't make them for EFs because of the limited space.

very usefull information!!!! thanks for the link. so according to that article the DA knuckles wont affect my caster, so i can use the EF a arms and be allright.

the adjustabilty they claim is up to 4 degrees.

heres the link to the DA ones:

http://www.truckn-store.com/pr...86934

and heres the EF ones:

http://www.truckn-store.com/pr...86945

one correction im gonna have to make is that it states caster as well for the EF ones but i emailed them a while back and its camber only. may be camber only for the DA ones as well, havent emailed them on that.

hmm...but yea, the DA knuckles bolt right on and no problems with caster. and a matter of fact not even with camber when i did it, it was the same. great braking tho for a cheap upgrade

yeah dont do the DA A arms. i put them on my car and its a little bigger and hits the inside fender frame area. didnt wanna cut it out so everytime i go over a big bump or dip, it makes a loud banging noise from the DA arms hitting the frame. it sucks
