Ok, so here is my question. I have had this manifold since April, and the only issue that I have with it is a concern rather than an issue. On the manifold there is an extra brass coolant bung next to the stock bung for a hose that attaches near the thermo housing. As of right now I have a rubber cap screw clamped on it, but it is beginning to crack, but no leaks as of yet. My question is how can I eliminate this bung or permanently seal it off withough welding it closed. That is the last step I want to take. JB weld last long when it is exposed to coolant, water and heat? Any information provided will be helpful. Thanks.
