Default bad times at the track...help

ek with jdm b18c type R, intake, dc header, rsr exhuast, skunk2 manifold, stock lsd.....all stock interior nothing stripped....dont know my wieght caused the car weighing was out of order at the track

I cant remember the exact time cause I was so dissapointed and threw all my tickets away.....

25psi front - 40 psi rear (falken ziex tires)
60ft - 2.4
1/8 - 10.1 (not to sure)
1/4- 15.3-15.5 @ 91-93 mph.....with 7-8 passes

what am I doing wrong here.....I know i need to improve on my 60ft but still even if I made 2.2 60ft.....I probaly will hit 14.9's - 15.1's??....... Did compression test and number came out 255-260 across......im just so confused....I actually heard my engine stall at 7000-7500 everytime on 3rd gear only and then I continued to shift at 8300.......I was expecting atleast low 14's high 13's....came out 15's all day I dont get it caused I was able to manage 14.8-9's with my integra gsr with just intake and exhuast....my ek slower then my dc2?

Put your stock JDM type r exhaust manifold back on, put your stock jdm type r manifold on.. Why would you even replace it with those parts any ways? They are just knock offs of the real thing of which you allready should of have

I never had those parts thats why when I bought the motor, ........plus I think skunk2 manifold runner is probaly straighter then type R's....second on the exhuast manifold...I have a 96 model so even if I had it, it wouldnt be the 98 spec version header.....So thats why I bought myself the jdm dc 4-1 header.....

I would say check your timing and definitely get it tuned (are you running stock ECU?)...those are terrible times for EK hatch swap. Lets see I was running 14 flat to 14.1 all motor (with skunk2 IM, and AEM CAI that's it) with a GSR motor back then. Get the motor compression tested also....bad motor possibly!

Im running a stock p73 type R usdm ecu.....the motor came 255-260 across each cylinder.........all timing has been done correctly, swap it, and then shot the timing gun to make sure everything was correct......and it was...........

what can I tune with just bolt ons? im not running any hondata system, vafc, or chipped ecu, no cams or gears...so whats there to tune? I should dyno it and see my power but havent had a chance too...thanks guys

NEWSFLASH!! Ek hatches are TANKs!

CX-2425
DX-2475

Then plus B-series weight and driver. What do you get??? sweet! A GSR's stock weight practically!!! (2650)

Power to weight ratio owns you and your lousy 60ft times.

I pulled 13.8s on motor alone in my 99 Ek.

Work on your 60's and scrub some weigth and youll be better.

pretty damn low trap speed. My cousins 94 GSR trapped 93mph with just exhaust. Something is wrong, check everything in the engine bay. If you would of gotten a 2.2 60' time you would of ran 14.9 maybe. Try to get the weight of your car.

You are running a Us spec computer on a jdm engine? Stupid question, but did you put all the sensors on it? The US spec has a crank sensor, oil pressure sensor, and a few others that the jdm one doesn't have. Is your check engine light on?

Also, try a basic tune up. You should be doing much better than that.

Yesterday I ran a 14.1 @ 98mph in my 97 hatch with a bone stock jdm itr engine. Full interior, all season tires, with a catalytic convertor, and 170k miles on my suspension.
