Default FPR... psi dropping @ wot

What does that usually mean? I set the fpr at 58 vac. disconnected and a wot its gets to 58 psi and wiggles its way down to 52 psi and sits. WTF.

Crap! Thanks, I was afraid of that. With the skunk 2 cams I can't seem to get gas in the 6000 to 6500 range besides using +23 on the vafc. The fpr didn't do it and finally today my check engine light came on, but turned off after I turned off the car. I'm figuring the +23 did it since it came on after I went into vtec. If I get the light again I will leave the car on and check the code to be sure.
