Check Engine Light

My check engine light came on so I checked it and it was a code 45, which is either running to lean or too rich. So I reset it and it went away for about 200 miles then came back on tonight. What should I do about this?

I think your Fuel Pressure is off and needs to be adjusted....I dunno.

as far as i'm concerned its stock... I didn't know about the ECU until the check engine light came on and i looked down there to figure out the problem. What do i do if i'm running lean, which i assume i'm doing, to fix the problem? How do I adjust my fuel pressure?
