When I installed my traction bar a week or two ago I thought that the best thing to do would be to eyeball the exle angle coming out of the tranny/intermediate shaft. I adjust them untilk the were straight but the car was rubbing in turns. I looks at the fender gap in the to the front and rear of the tire and I could tell that the tire was too far forward.
You can get a tape measure or use your fingers the same way you check your fender gap after you drop a car. Instead of checking above like you would do for height check the fender gap to the front and rear of the tire. Just an example, but if you see rubbing marks on the left front fenderwell towards the front then that tells you that the left front tire is too far forward.

see. i thought of that. but my fender gap is equal on each side. the axle is definitely sittin funny though. ima get pics up to explain better though. thanks
I think I know what you mean, my axles aren't sitting straight either. I have a B18C with HCP mount kit and I believe this mount kit puts the engine a little lower and forward.
