Default just got my omni's today quick questions

i just recieved my omnipower coilovers for my ek coupe. just wondering why two of the coilovers are not the same length when fully turned (i know not to lower them by the springs) then the other two. the two that are longer, stop at a certain point and still have more room from the spring to the adjustable collar then the other two. im new to suspension and just wondering if this is normal and if they still will lower the car evenly and the full 4 inches. and also the two coilovers that have nothing on the adjustable collar to hook up to (they dont have the extended metal part to put onto car) im guessing there the back but not sure how do they go onto the car?

Front and rear. Longer shock should be the rears but they should be marked. If you have more questions CONTACT OMNI

quick question? i preloaded the springs and i lowered the vehicle by the way its suppsoed to be. i barely have no finger gap on the rears ( havent installed the fronts yet) and they are adjusted till they cant go anymore. just wondering if its normal for that much of a drop i thought it would go more. it says they can be lowered up to 4 inches but i couldnt see that happening without screwin with the preload

I think a lot of EK owners are having the same problem

The rear coilovers on my EK coupe have bearly a finger gap at the highest point, I read somewhere on HT that Omni has taller rear collars(the ones attached to the rear control arms) on their new ek line, can we get free replacements or is this gonna cost me $$
