Default Need to buy EGR Block off plate

I need an EGR block off plate for an H22...
was going to use a coke can, but its too weak

Trace it out on a piece of cardboard and bring that to a local machine shop. They should make it for pretty cheap.

I went ahead and bought some 22gauge sheet metal and i will cut it myself - i can't even get the damn EGR valve off - its in a weird spot....crazy, crazy.....that is

use a shitty socket (1/4" drive) extention and a small socket wrench


easiest way toget it off..

Use a crowfoot. And KMS makes a good blockoff plate.

If you would happen to be in Chicago, I would block your EGR for 10-15$.
Takes me about 10 min.

I was trying to make a point that this modification is not that hard and I think it's wrong paying $20 for a polished block off plate. That's all.
