Trace it out on a piece of cardboard and bring that to a local machine shop. They should make it for pretty cheap.

Use a crowfoot. And KMS makes a good blockoff plate.

Was the coke can eaten the first time you drove it hard?

Why do you want to block your EGR?

yes why do you want to block your EGR? Do you think you are going to gain some horsepower or something ?

SiRLudeVtec 04-20-2005 09:17 AM

ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! This post was way back in March - some guy wants to pull the post back out of the archives and now someone else is down my back.....no way - topic closed.

just make your own , out of something thicker than a coke can though

ludecz 02-21-2006 04:41 PM

If you would happen to be in Chicago, I would block your EGR for 10-15$.
Takes me about 10 min. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emwink.gif

Re: (redtop22)

I was trying to make a point that this modification is not that hard and I think it's wrong paying $20 for a polished block off plate. That's all. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emsmilep.gif
