Default Header's & JRSC question

Since AEM bought out DC does anyone know if AEM has started reproduction of the stainless steel headers that DC once produced? I want to get titanium ceramic coated stainless but can't find anyone that produces them for an SH model. They have them on the market for regular preludes and of course civics, etc. If anyone knows of anybody that makes them please let me know.

Also, I got my JRSC in and my car idles fine. When I go to give it gas though it immediately shuts off. I've checked & rechecked for vacuum leaks and the electrical side is fine. Yesterday I asked about the Intake Control Solenoid Check Valve and still couldn't find it. When I put my injen intake on I think all that stuff got throne out. There's no line coming from the back or bottom of my intake manifold or anything so there's no place for that hose to run to. Any ideas on where it would be if there at all? Also if anybody has any suggestions as to why my car shuts off when the throttle is opened please feel free to share. Could it be possible that it's not getting enough fuel pressure even though I can feel the fuel in the lines leading to the AFPR? I'm at a loss really.

Doesn't the ECU get pissed if it reads above 1ATM of pressure in the manifold? Not sure if this would happen with the JRSC setup though.

I'm not sure. I just wish I knew what the problem was because for the last couple days I've been working on installing this thing (it would have gone quicker but I'm working out of an apartment w/no garage, no lift, etc). I guess it's nothing super serious other wise it wouldn't idle fine but I can't find anything to do w/vacuum leakage. Should I check out the fuel pressure or just take it (or uh, trailer it rather) to the local shop and have them lift it so I check out the underneath? The computer wasn't putting out any codes saying electrical stuff was wrong or anything like that either so that makes it even harder not knowing where to start with this. I'm running out of patience and I"m not sure I even have any left to start from square one with all the vaccuum hoses on the car. I've never seen a smaller/tighter setup than with this prelude. It's ridiculous!

Anybody else have any suggestions for me as to this problem?

The intake air control solenoid valve was the little black box you removed when installing the CAI. There were vaccum hoses running to it along with an electrical connection you had to unplug. If you don't take out the vaccum hoses then plug them otherwise they will suck air. I just plugged mine and mounted the aluminum bracket that the intake air control (black box) was mounted on before removing it. Atleast hat with my V2 CAI. Who knows, if you can't find any vaccum hoses then it must be something electrical. Try disconnecting you negative battery line and see what happens. Itll reset your ecu and you will have to reset your clock and radio, but oh well its worth a shot unless someone else can tell ya.

Either something is miswired, or you have screwed up one or more vacuum lines, or you have run the vacuum line to the JR EMS unit from a port that does not see both vacuum and boost.

None of this ^^^ is applicable to the problem.

Thanks everyone for your help & comments. I'm going to check everything out and see what's up. If I can't find anything I'm going to have to have it trailered somewhere to see if they can find the problem. It's probably just a vacuum problem somewhere b/c if it was electrical the computer would have picked it up. Thanks again and I'll let ya know what's up when I find out myself.
