What ECU for my lsvtec DA
Building a lsvtec really soon and need to know what ecu will work best for my 93 integra. Will be using my stock b18a1 block with a sir-1 pr3 b16 head. I will be getting a pr3 ecu with the head, will that ecu work? If not wich one will work? Also does my block have a knock sensor? thx
I think a chipped ECU is gonna be the best for you. I am running a "Mugen" chipped P28 in my DA w/ GSR swap. No knock sesnor needed with a P28! It runs hella good!
I'm doing an ls/vtec to my 90 teg gs. gonna used the b18a1 block also but with a 98 gsr head. guess I gotta use a skunk2 mani so I can use the chipped p28 from my civic. is the golden eagle sandwich kit really good?

I recommend you getting a single stage intake manifold like Skunk2 or AEBS so you can get rid of the secondaries and that way when you run a chipped P28 VTEC will cross over at a higher RPM.

exactly. I have a 94 gsr mani but the p72 obd1 are expensive and I already have a chipped p28 with the ability to change programs via prom programmer at work.
goodluck on your build, let us know when its done and what numbers you getting.
