D16Y7 concersion to V-TECH

can some one explain what i need and cost i plan to get a turbo soon. so consider my options thanks. 1998 civic dx 1.6L D16Y7

Get one at Best Buy and put it in your car.

So you want to make it VTEC and run turbo? Why? Just run a turbo setup on what you have! And it is spelled VTEC not VTECH (that's a electronics company that make phones)!

Its called a "mini-me", and there are numerous, NUMEROUS tutorials on what you need and how to perform one. Please refer to the search function for all information you may be in need of.
