That is your pcv system....it plugs into your breather box underneath you itm. Let me see if I can find the pics....

 

Yeah that goes under the Intake Mani.. it's a part of the PCV system.

 

yeah the hose i was holding is what it connected to. does it connect to anything after under the intake mani?

 

it goes in the black box under the intake manifold that is the pcv valve

 

Just like everyone says, look under the intake manifold, (you may have to get under the car). There will be a black box with a rubber grommet where you put the PCV Valve into. It may be hard to see without the oil filter off, I know it is on my Y7.
