Default quick question about remote start...

will a remote start work for my 6th gen? im thinking about upgrading my security system with the ones that have the 2-way pager with remote start. thanks for the input!

immobilizer thing which require the present of the chip planted inside of the key(key cutted outside of dealer will only open door, trunk, glovebox but it will not start the car)

I have remote start on my 6th gen... But iam7head is right, the alarm system needs to have provisions to work with the immobilizer system.

$25 for the part I think... It was an additional option for the alarm. A friend of mine installs alarms, so he got everything for me and installed it. This one is by Harada...
