Default exhaust vibration...

I remember reading something about a Service Bulletin on the 5th gen. which talked about an exhaust noise at 2000 rpm or so (the noise is from the front, close to the engine). I seem to have that problem lately, and I was wondeirng if it was easy to fix myself. I had my car in for service, and they removed the heat shield, but it still made the noise, so I need to do something.. thanks.

As I've found out, the 5th gen has 4 heat shields, so it might be one of those. I had one removed, but we'll see. I'm getting it looked at next week, but thanks for the info.

if you have a cheap aftermarket b-pipe on there, chances are it's the inner layer of the b-pipe separating.
