Default 99 Accord 4 cyl check engine light

At 52,000 miles the check engine light has come on. Is there a way I can get a code to find out the problem? I have the 99 Honda factory service manual and can't find any mention of trouble codes.

This has been asked quite frequently, so with a quick search you could have found this thread:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1165732

which says:
Follow this procedure: http://www.c-speedracing.com/faq/06.php
But use this plug: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=993196

OR

You can have Autozone check it for free.

You can find a link for ECU codes in the Guide to Basic Accords at the top of this forum.

The trouble codes in the link that was posted in reply to my question ONLY go to 98.
Also is the location of the connector that has to be jumped in the same place on the 99?
