Turbo EP3
I haven't seen many Turbo EP3s out there, none around where I live. I haven't even heard many discuss about turbo EP3s here but that's probably just because I'm new here. So I'm calling out all of you turbo EP3 owners out there! come out come where ever you are, and don't forget to mention what kit you have, whether you are running stock engine or not and last but not least how much hp and tq you make. Thanks!
I am boosted...I have the Greddy turbo kit w/ Intercooler. I am running on stock 8 lbs of boost on the stock engine. I am not sure exactly the HP and TQ numbers, but the WHP I have heard is about 220. A friend of mine is making about 206 TQ, but that is a tuned emanage, and mine isn't...

I was one of the first EP's done by Cybernation. The kit was just sold a week ago. My car made 276whp at 231ftlbs at 10-ish psi (controlled by wastegate, not a bc).
CN makes a powerful kit and Guardian is where it's at.

, you are running it on stock K20A3 tho right? If so, isn't 10-ish psi a little pushing it?

Unbelieveable, pushes me more into FI instead of going NA. I need to grab my kit soon. I'd be most likely to be the only Turbo SI around my area. Thanks for the info guys. But please keep posting, I wanna see more Turbo EP3s.

I was boosted. I had 301whp and 255wtq with a custom turbo and kpro at 10psi. It was great and could have lasted a long time. But I got greedy and wanted even more power. So I shot it up to 14 psi and gave it a spin. Didn't run lean, the bottom end just couldn't take much more power. So the wrist pins flew out the block. Toasted the motor.
Now I have a k20a2. I miss the turbo a tad, but not that much anymore. The car pulls nicely with the NA power of the k20a2.

yea that sucks, I know it will happen someday to me someday if I had FI. Regardless I think I'm gonna get one anyway and if I blow it I'll just drop a k20a or the k20a2 depedning on the cost. I wonder whats the engine is gonna be in the new 06 si. maybe I can drop that in there.
i have a turbo setup on my EP3. freakin thing goes like a bat outa hell, im running a low Psi right now until 2 weeks from now when i will be running 10 Psi. I might be doing a head swap with an RSX head. there is alot more parts available for the k20a2(DC5) than the k20a3(EP3), i just wish i knew how much better the new head was! if anyone knows anything about this swap PLEASE tell me! I will be getting a dyno sheet not to long from now to see how many horse im pushing and my torque. my car i set up for drag so its important to get alot at the wheels, but like the other guy said to much torque can be a double edged sword!
