Default 94 integ giving some problems

my 94 integ is is not acting right......when i am in gear and the car is started it jumps, like the clutch wants to engage and disengage when i have the clutch pushed all the way in. when the car is started it will not come out of gear until i shut it off, then i can pull it out but it will not go back into gear once turned off. i can start it in neutral and its fine until i put it into first.
so with that said i believe it's a clutch issue but not for sure. my tranny was grinding in 3rd and 4th gear all the time but never had any problems with first/second gear. any assistance will help..........

Could be as simple as a bad slave cylinder, but it sounds more like a broken spring or clutch disc.

yea i had the same problem with my clutch pressure plate, it was doing this, just change out the clutch setup( clutch disk, clutch pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing) dont drive it liek this if you dont have to, its bad for your tranny ( grinding and it just kickign into gear)

hope everythign works out fro you, and make sure to break in the clutch
