tranny leak half shaft

i just finish my swap and i have a leak where the half shaft goes into the tranny now i just ordered a new seal but the guy said its will fit a automatic or manual is this true is it the same seal let me know thanks

buy your seal from honda, not O'reily, advance or any generic place.
