JDM 90 EF Civic - Something is very wrong..
Hi guys
I have a 1990 1.4l Civic, and it is drinking fuel like mad. Its just like theres a hole in the tank.. But its not, and there are no fuel leaks.. I went over the engine exterior without being able to spot anything wrong.. Then I noticed how theres a huge trail of white smoke behind my car..
What could cause this? I dont think its an injection engine... I was thinking headgasket, but It might as well be something else..

do a compression test. maybe your rings are worn out.. a 1.4 liter? we dont have those here in the u.s.... if its that dual point fuel injection..those injectors usually go bad and squirt too much fuel... it could be your headgasket but do a compression test and a leakdown test to be sure...
