Axle Back From An EK Couple On To An EK Hatch, Possible?

I have a friend that is selling his aftermarket axle back off of his 96-98 coupe, and I was just wondering if its a bolt-on for a '99 Hatch, any inputs would be greatly appreciated it.

nope, the design of the exhaust is different

x2. Coupe exhaust is longer and a tad different design
