Unless if its the jdm D15b VTEC then i want to say yes but its a 80% answer.

hmm i bought a d15b dizzy off ebay, and they said it would fit the z6, but one of the arms were too close together to bolt all 3 holes...?

 

and a last question....do all d15b dizzys fit each d15 engine?

 

It won't work but .... will fit

 

i've had the same dizzy on three different motors, always bolted up and always worked, all in 92 si hatch

never had any probs at all. still using the same dizzy to this day
you just gotta make sure if your using obd1 or 2
