diameter of 94-01 tegs head lights?
the 98+ teg headlights are different then the 97-below headlights. The 98+ headlights are larger and are at more of an angle vs. the flat/non-angled 97- below headlights. As for the exact size, I have no idea.
this isnt my account...but i am the one looking actually... the body work on my 92 mr2 is in progress right now. I am modifying the swing arm and "pushrod" arm on the headlights motor so that headlights do not raise so far. The fiberglass guy will be making a new light housing to "shroud" the lights or whatever you want to call it. However I have been having trouble locating some nice round shaped lights that would be safe and adequate for use for real headlights. I figured if the 94-97 teg lights were both the same diameter on the high and low beam, had flat (or extremely close to it) lenses, and were of a small enough diameter... then my best bet would be to pick up a set and fabricate the mounts and wire them up. Also, if anyone wtih a JDM ITR front end wants to sell their stock teg lights and they are good size... then I am in the market for them.

My friend is doing the same thing on his s13. He got those headlight controllers (so it only flips up a certain amount) and I told him that he should just buy some catz drving/fog lights and custom that into his stock headlights. Its way cheaper than spending $800-$1,000 on custom made projectors.
