I dont see any white smoke, the odd thing is that, my car runs way smooth when the heater is on and its set to 1, but if I turn of the heater the car runs like ****, what could cause this?

It sounds like your car is overheating..

See if the radiator is leaking..

Same here...... And no the cars not overheating cuz the gauge says its ok... I only notice white smoke when it REALLY cold so I think its just the cold.....Still not sure...

you could be leaking oil right into the motor in which case you might not wanna drive it any more or at lease till you flush the hole motor b/c you could realy do some damage if you keep driving it and its putting oil right into the motor that would also be the reason for the low ani freez if your lucky its just a busted seal

most likley its a blown head gasket. unless its leaking at a very very high rate your not going to see it most likley. i was loosing it about 3 quarts every 3 weeks and i only noticed it if i was looking in my mirror when i pulled out from a stop
