wassup guys, I got the civic running finally, I have bout 500 miles on it and ever time I get on it slightly to pass or merge it billows smoke, theres also oil in the mullfer. the turbo is brand new so I highly dought its the seals im leaning more towards the rings not seated yet, how long will it smoke for? wiseco's 8.8:1 with total seal rings.? motor is fully built.

 

how much boost are you running?

 

a local guys here had his smoke and blowby for about 800 miles, depends on how you break it in, and I am curious what boost you are running during your "break-in" period

 

If smoking that bad it could be the rings aint seated...rings could be gapped too large or possibly the valve seals. Have you done a compression test or better yet a leakdown test.
