spark plug heat range and gap??

Default spark plug heat range and gap??

i have a greddy turbo kit on my sohc at 7psi. im currently using stock plugs which are ngk zfr5f-11, should i go colder to 6 or 7? and what do i gap them at?

ngk-bkr7e with .030 gap.

if you run more then 10 psi try .028 gap.

why 2 steps colder though? 5 is stock on my d15.. just want to be absolutely sure.

what is temp range on a stock h23?

im currently running bkre7-11 or something like that. i had the pze6 or something like that and they were too hot for me.

also, is a .044 gap fine if im running msd 6 and msd blaster

it depends what your set up is. I run 2 step colder gapped at .24 sometimes .28 you just have to try it out and see if the car idles right,

I run ZFR6F-11's in my D with a .60 trim T3 at 14 psi and gap them at .032...i think 2 steps colder for a Greddy kit is way overkill. I'd just run 6's and gap them between .030 and .035.
