alright a couple weeks ago my alternator went out in my Lude, and I replaced the atlernator, and I drove it a couple days with the new one.and then it went out again...I was thinking that mybe it was the battery..changed the battery and that wasn't it...The Alternator that I got for it was from a junkyard, I paid like 75 bucks for it and they said that it had a lifetime warranty...Do you guys think that it's just the alternator again...or could there be something maybe shorting it out?

How do you know the alternator went dead again? How did you measure the alternator output?

Are you sure that the electrical plug that plugs into the alternator is snug? Mine kept popping out.

Check that.

Oh, and you should've bought my alternator. I would've sold it to you for cheaper.

 

Maybe it has something to do with your head gasket issue...
