Default valves

can some one give me info on putting these skunk2 stage 2 cams in my b16 head
i know how to change springs and retainers and install cams the info im looking fo ris
1. valve adjustment with new cams installed how to do this
2. what should i torque the cam caps down to with these new cams
3. what tools i need to this install
all info/pics/links would be great thanks .....jlow

torque the cam caps down to stock specs and set the valve lash as you would with factory cams and youl need the usual tools

and as far as torque goes how many pounds of torque to tighten down the cam caps

dont be cheap, buy a helms manual, if yoru building a motor this thing is the bible and it has everything you will ever want to know

nah im not tryin to be cheap i just figued i would ask i have all the books but maybe cause there aftermarket cams they may have a diffrent torque spec ........

can some one tell me were i can buy the tool to adjust my valves and no not the feeler gauges the tool that loosens the valve nut but at the same time adjust it any info would be great thanks ......jlow
