Default Car making whinning noises 91 civic si mini me swap

The best way to describe the noise is, it sounds like a supercharger the noise seems to be near the fuel rail. We just finished the swap and one of the problems was the injectors were missing the rubber gasket that goes on the top of the injectors to the fuel rail. I replaced those and noticed that one of the screens is missing on one of the injectors( will replace that asap just gotta get one ) Has this happened to anyone I need help as this is my daily driver. thanks in advance.

Denny

Ive had this problem when I had my a6/y8 setup, the y8 timing belt was really tight. The belt eventually stretched out but I always had a whining noise coming from the head. any thoughts? did you have a hard time putting the timing belt on? which did you use? was it new?

Which timing belt is being used? It should be the d16z6 don't be using the VX (vtec-e) cause it is one less groove on the belt.
