just grip it really hard, and pull hard while wiggling it. That worked for me. Good luck

People have been saying you have to unbolt it???

 

If you're just talking about the actual handle/grip then no you don't have to unbolt anything. Just grip and pull hard while wiggling. Mine was pretty tough to break loose but once you get it going it's not so bad. Good luck.
