DOES ANYONE KNO HOW TO ADJUST THE CABLES ON THE EBRAKE MY LEFT REAR BRAKE IS TIGHTER THEN MY RIGHT ONE WHEN I HAD THE BRAKES REPLACE MY LEFT ONE WAS EMPTY AND MY RIGHT ONE WAS ALMOST FULL. 96 INTEGRA LS ALSO DOES ANYONE KNO HOW TO PREVENT WATER FRONT GETTING IN THE DRUNK

 

you can adjust it from inside the car, right where the e-brake handle is remove all the covers. there should be two cables going into a bracket, adjust the middle screw. if your pads are worn like that maybe your caliper might be going bad or the pins might need lubricating.
