Default help with rebuild....

hey guys need some help with a rebuild. I was wondering what it would all cost me to rebuild my motor. let me know what you guys think.

put it this way - i've been buying parts for 6 months for my 2000 Si, i'm at 7grand and climbing. i'm almost done. after some more nickle&dime parts and dyno time, my total should be about 8grand.

Well, tell us what you want out of it. Stock rebuild? FI? NA? What? What Motor is it? DOHC? SOHC? VTEC? Non VTEC? Do you have a D15? D16? B18? B16?

i have a DOHC b16 vtec its a sir1 i dont know what i should do i want to race it this summer. i want it to be NA.

Up the compression, do headwork, and get some wild cams. Search is your friend.

NO, CTR pistons are your enemy. There isnt a better piston he can get that OEM better than his PR3 or P30's. To get the compression he needs to mill the head. Flatter, lighter pistons mean quicker, better, more even chamber vapor flow and in turn equal combustion and rpm process = MORE HP! With CTR pistons he'll be in the 12's C/R. Thats ridiculous on a cast piston and insane for a daily driver.
