For all of you who have lowered your tegs, what kind of springs/coilovers did you use? Also, what should I do, new springs or shocks stuff like that, to keep the front from diving when I stop quickly? What are the spring rates of the Eibach
pro-kit and sportline springs?

a lot of people like the eibachs or H&R springs along with shocks such as Koni or kYB. You cant really go wrong with those setups. If you want to kinda prevent front end diving during hard braking, you might want slightly stiff rates up front.
