coilovers or..............
get some h& r springs or maybe the eibach pro kit, if you want some coilover sleeves then go with ground control, or go with a full coilover setup but that costs some $$$

dont go with the coilover sleeves. I have had problems with both ground control and skunk. Either go with full coilovers (tein, tanabe, mugen, apexi, etc) or go with drop springs (eibach sportlines/prokits, neuspeed race/ sport, etc) and koni yellows. Right now Im on apexi n1 ws coilovers. Theyre not dampening adjustable, but the ride is great and i can adjust the height.

cheap way;
springs + shocks combo
i.g. eibach + kyb agx
more expensive
coilover sleeve + shocks combo
i.g. ground control + koni yellow
or you can go all out
coilover
ig. tein ha, zeal b2,b6 etc.

I've got the H&R Coilovers, and HIGHLY recommend them.
They ran me about $1000+, but were worth the money. Handling is great, I've
got the ride height adjusted perfectly (It took some time, but now I'm finally happy!), and am very happy. The suspension was so strong that my old tires were unable to hold traction when I tried to push my car (Falken Ziex).
Worth the money, a really good investment. Don't forget, you get what you pay for.

Have you used GC's w/ Koni Adjustable shocks? Everybody I know using that combo says it's an awesome setup. That's the only sleeve setup I would even consider (because of the way the sleeve attaches to the shock with a specific adapter and replaces the Koni spring perch completely).
