cams scarred
i did a valve adjustment and didn't set the valve cover gasket on right, basically i drove the car around for a week while oil shot out right above the cam gears. i took the valve cover off and on the intake cam on the #3 cylinder it has deep grooves on one of the nonvtec lobes and slight scarring on the other nonvtec lobe. they are rs stage 3 cams on a gsr head, do i need new cam followers? how can i tell if i need new cam followers? i am already planning to order a new cam. any and all input will be helpful. thanks.
