sometimes when i try to start the car. the electronics go on and it makes a sort of whining noise. ( like a small higher pitched.....vzzzzzzz)

and it takes like 5 minutes to finally start. wtf is wrong ?

 

Check engine light? Does it throw a code?
Mine did something similar to that pissed me off when I would have to sit there for a long time. I believe it threw a Code 16 which is something to do with Fuel. Either injector or bad ecu. I recommend checking the code to see what is wrong.

 

no CEL. but one time when i took a hard kind of turn it threw a cel and then it was gone...weird ?

 

can it be your Relay? My crx is having the same problems. I think its my relay, but i'm not for sure. well u should check it.

also it makes that vzzz sound and when you stop trying to start it, it makes a "click" sound sound.

 

could be the solenoid in the starter. Its turning but its not poping out and enguaging with the flywheel.
