Default What psi should i be running for my fuel?

i keep getting the code 45 for fuel pressure is running to rich or too lean and i no matter how amny times i change it the code always pops up..i have it at 44psi rgiht now..should i be running lower or higher still?

40 is about stock...i think you are at a good psi...maybe something else is wrong
