a jdm b16 sir2 is a b16a obd1 and a b16a2 is a usdm 99-00 si motor that is obd2 so which one is it? if its the a2 you need the harness conversion if not then your fine

yes it will run the jdm b16a 2nd gen just need to add knock sensor

If its the SIRII yes it will work. If its a b16a2 then you might have to convert the Dizzy and alternator.

Id recommend a Chipped P28 for best performance.
