I'm having a hard time understanding your post, but I'll try my best to help you out here. Did you check your timing after everything was reassembled? Are both cams in time with each other? Check engine light by chance? What kind of chip is in the ecu?

everything is in time and i have a spoon chipped ecu and it did fine on the stock stuff, but we change the cams springs and retainers out.we got it all back in and when i drive it its fine but when vtec kicks on and say i hold it at steady at 5000rpms it kind of misses or seems like its geting to much fuel.but if im on it ,it runs fine.

After I replaced my Lost motion assembies,my car acted
really weird the first time or two the vtec engauged..

I would guess it had lost oil from the circuit..

I figured I had screwed something up but so there after
it acted normal again..

Have you replaced the cap and rotor? Plugs good?
